Tendstay does the day-to-day itself. For money, messages and your other tools, it connects to accounts in your business's name.

- Payments: Stripe
- Card payments, saved cards, invoices paid online, packages, memberships that renew, deposits and refunds, all through your own Stripe account.
- Texts: Twilio
- Texts from your business number, with opt-outs honored. In the US, the number is registered for business texting during setup.
- Email: Resend
- Confirmations, reminders, invoices and invites from your own email domain.
- Assistant: Claude
- The parent and staff assistant runs on Claude, Anthropic's AI model, and only sees the records the person asking is allowed to see.
Everything else, by webhook
When something happens (a new family, a booking, a payment, a signed agreement), Tendstay can send it to any tool that accepts a webhook: your CRM, a spreadsheet, or an automation tool such as Zapier or n8n. Every message is signed so the receiving tool can check it really came from your app.
There's no ready-made connector for a specific CRM. If you rely on one, tell us on the call and we'll explain how the webhook would fit.
Not included
Accounting software sync, payroll, and listings on public pet-care marketplaces. You can export what you need or send it by webhook.
