What's simulated
Card payments open a clearly labelled test payment page instead of a real one. A test card ending 4242 approves and one ending 0002 declines. Texts and emails land in an outbox inside the app instead of being sent. The assistant gives scripted answers based on the demo's own data.
Everything resets every night, so don't worry about breaking anything.
